Teesside

My photo collection from Teesside focuses on the region’s rugged, underrated landscapes. The coastline stretches wide and wild—windswept dunes and long beaches where light shifts constantly with the North Sea weather. Sunrise at Saltburn reveals soft pastels over the pier and dramatic shadows on the surf.

Inland, the Cleveland Hills roll gently into view, with heather, bracken, and winding paths offering texture and depth. Roseberry Topping stands proud against changing skies, a perfect focal point for wide shots or misty silhouettes. Even on overcast days, Teesside’s natural spaces carry mood—low clouds hugging the hills, rain deepening greens, and wind shaping the grasses. These landscapes aren’t polished—they’re raw, honest, and full of character. Through my lens, Teesside becomes a quiet study in contrast, resilience, and the beauty of the everyday wild.
